      -freedom in handling multi-tasks since the manager is relatively flexible with the deadline -respect and value in the work I did -relatively flexible working hours

      -no major cons till now, everything went well in my POV

      Pros

      Covid wasn't easy on the travel industry. With a new CEO and new leadership team and strong employees, this company has turned it around while maintaining (and growing) a strong culture. Very nice place to work

      Cons

      They can grow more, especially if they upgrade their technology
