Pros
I began my professional career at Fresh Tri and ever since leaving, I haven't come across a work place that is nearly as supportive, engaging, flexible, passionate, etc. as Fresh Tri. The company is entirely virtual, so I got to work with cool people with different perspectives from across the country/world. Everyone was excited about the company's mission and the work they were doing. The leadership guided with strength but also led with compassion and practiced "service leadership" to inspire active collaboration between everyone no matter where they were on the org chart; every single person was clearly a valued member of the team. I could go on and on but I just want to express my gratitude for Fresh Tri and provide reassurances to others, particularly young professionals, that you can't go wrong working for such a great company with such an important mission staffed by such awesome people and helmed by such competent, daring, compassionate leaders.
Cons
The only cons I can think of are those that come with any entirely remote workplace: lots of regular meetings/communication, it was sometimes hard to get ahold of people for unscheduled questions or check-ins, it took a bit more time to get to know new co-workers. But I have worked at other remote work places since and I think Fresh Tri does remote work at the highest level possible. The benefits far outweigh the cons for me because I highly value flexibility and trust in a job. Also, the Fresh Tri leadership was almost constantly iterating to implement smoother and better approaches to remote work (in-person retreats, updated communication policies, anonymous surveys, etc.) But, no matter what a company does to make WFH better, it does require a certain level of motivation, self-starting, and independence that can be difficult for some to maintain.
