Able to utilize my skills and ability to identify potential problems and trouble shoot it before it becoming an obstacle. In a fast past operation you can never tell what is going to happen next. You need to be aware of what happens at every moment to be able to make the correct decision.
Cons
sometimes you do not see the challenge and it creates a bigger problem than what it should of been. Running an operation everything has to be synchronized to work together and at the correct timing. IF that fails the entire operation will fail.
