      Pros

      Exciting company that is in high growth mode with leadership team that really cares about the people & the community. Love the 20% off orders, incredible discounts at the company store and great workspaces. Since joining the company has added a 401k match that employees had asked for. They also offer a very generous PTO plan. Very diverse workforce with lots of internal growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Some processes are non-existent or were tied to people who had left. There's a lot of opportunity to build and embed programs to the culture.

      Pros

      What I loved about this job is getting full ownership over my part of the business, and I know a lot of people stick around because they feel a similar passion and ownership. Even though the company is 25 years old, there are still many areas where a much work is needed and therefore great opportunity for new people to come in and make big impact.

      Cons

      No flexibility for employees to work from home when needed, and terrible PTO package. The family leadership is not transparent, makes questionable business decisions.
