- very disorganized
- get interns to do A LOT of work for them that should be paid as official jobs and not internships (like everything from hr to managers - are all interns doing work without pay)
- can’t back out of contract unless you want to pay $1000 for their “training”, when you actually are training yourself
- ask interns to give them 5 star reviews on platforms (so basically fake reviews to make them look better when they didn’t actually earn the review and call it “marketing”)
