Pros
Friendly and open for discussions directors, good spacious office, lots of now things to study as everyone does what's needed to be done but not only what his job suggests.
Cons
Conceptions of projects were changing too frequently, until lead game designer changed. All the decisions were made behind shut doors, while I prefer wide discussions which include at least every lead.
