The participants are the reason I stayed for so long!

Favoritism, poor management, bullying, harassment and retaliation at the finest, adults acting like kids, gossiping and manipulating, gaslighting from management and everything is always hidden under the rug. Staff bullying each other… and no one takes accountability of their actions, mostly management. Super high turnover and if you’re not family, you will never climb the ladder for leadership. Most management are followers instead of leaders…. Never took accountability for their actions, and treat employees horribly.
