Pros

The company has good benefits and offer flexible work schedules. The compensation is reasonable with moderate opportunity for growth. Professional development is available, but not offered.

Cons

The environment is toxic and there are a lot of unhappy people and underhanded shady things going on. Top management is dysfunctional and there is an obvious power struggle. Management is not on the same page and appears to lack a strategy for growth or improving the work environment. I would steer clear of this company until the management issues are sorted out. The top manager is a dictator and bully and has a severe problem with vomiting every word that crosses his mind. He rules based on erratic emotions and arrogance and has a need to have people who are loyal and easily manipulated around him.

Pros

Stable company with broad global reach. Front office jobs not demanding, hybrid schedules and low expectations lead most to be 30-35 hr weeks.

Cons

At first this looks like a positive: you’ll notice that many employees have tenures of 15,20, 30 years. But that leads to a lot of group think and insular behaviors. They actually have a common statement among employees - “you’re not a Freudenberger unless you’ve been here 10 years.” Not exactly a welcoming statement to new employees. If you’d like to have your input and thoughts ignored for a decade, this is the place for you. Convinced they have great technologies, but in market terms, average technology at best. Horrific infighting between divisions. Management meetings resemble Klukluxclan meetings in terms of diversity. Pay scales below market, 401k match very weak
