Pros

International company which allows you to connect and work with colleagues from all over the world.

Cons

This company needs to have a more open culture (to appreciate new ideas and talents from different company cultures) and learn to change it's old fashion mind set. SOME of the middle management needs great improvements in terms of integrity and ethics. I had my worst experience in this company working with a cannot-be-worse boss. I am wondering how come this company can keep people like this for such a long time. People in this company always complaining about lack of man power. However, to my opinion, there is still a lot of improvement space for working efficiency (both worker and process). Not much personal development opportunities.

Pros

Stable company with broad global reach. Front office jobs not demanding, hybrid schedules and low expectations lead most to be 30-35 hr weeks.

Cons

At first this looks like a positive: you’ll notice that many employees have tenures of 15,20, 30 years. But that leads to a lot of group think and insular behaviors. They actually have a common statement among employees - “you’re not a Freudenberger unless you’ve been here 10 years.” Not exactly a welcoming statement to new employees. If you’d like to have your input and thoughts ignored for a decade, this is the place for you. Convinced they have great technologies, but in market terms, average technology at best. Horrific infighting between divisions. Management meetings resemble Klukluxclan meetings in terms of diversity. Pay scales below market, 401k match very weak
