Pros
The people at Friday Health Plans are absolutely amazing and truly care about everyone when everything is going good in the company. The culture is amazing, they take care of employees, benefits are great, work life balance is amazing.
Cons
Transparency is terrible which they claim they are always super transparent with everyone no matter where you stand in the company. When the going gets tough all the executives care about is themselves while they let their employees who are the core of making the company successful hang out to dry. They break so many federal laws, such as laying people off when on maternity, or just ethically wrong such as laying people off on bereavement leave. They lie to employees on a daily basis and all the employees know it, such as saying there won’t be a layoff at all and if it needs to happen it won’t happen until 2023 which was written in a news article by the Chief Marketing person yet it happens in November of 2022 a week after the news article was posted, laid off 140 employees to be exact. This great company turned to a disgusting place in a matter of weeks and it is shameful for any of us to say we work or worked there. Thankfully I am still employed and wasn’t part of the layoffs but will definitely be looking for a job after Friday finally showed their true colors.
