I've been working here for over 6 years, first on a part-time basis before moving to full time. I have learnt so much while I've been here and continue to do so. I've received guidance and encouragement to realise my fullest potential and I genuinely feel valued as a member of the team. The atmosphere in the office is great, it's actually a pleasure to come into work. The manager's door is always open, whether I want to ask advice or just say 'hi' and the team is actually that - a team that works well together and supports one another. There are clear targets in place so that everyone is motivated, enthusiastic and working towards the same goals.

Space in the office is tight however this just reflects that the business is evolving and growing.

I have worked at FFD for nearly 12 years now. In that time, I have had the pleasure of working with some great members of staff and watched the company grow into one of the UK's leading e-commerce, commercial refrigeration & catering equipment distributors. Dedicated to providing expert knowledge & advice, genuine value for money and A1 customer service. We work in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Many members of staff have worked here for 5 years plus with some serving much longer. This has in turn seen friendships blossom with staff in and outside of work time.

As the business has grown, so have our staff. At present, our office space is a little cramped however there are plans in place to move to bigger premises in the near future.
