-You have the opportunity to go to some amazing performances
-You are free to choose whether you want to work in office or at home on a regular basis (depending on the position), if you value flexibility this is a huge plus
-The benefits are great if you are eligible
Cons
-there is a toxic positivity issue
-even though this company is woman owned and most of the company employees are women, there are still some issues with sexism perpetrated by upper leadership
-like most companies the pay scale is skewed, most people are under paid
-it is nearly impossible to be promoted and raises are rare
