Current Senior Leadership has changed the organization for the worst - I Really Don't Know Friendship Community Employee Review

Current Directors seem to have all the answers and ideas but never check in with middle management for feedback before implementing ideas. Because of this almost all middle management has left, most of us were there 10+ years. The culture is currently slightly toxic. I couldn’t recommended a job here to any of my friends and that’s sad because 6 years ago I thought I was going to retire from Friendship Community.
