Only pro working here is that they will make you familiar with what one of the worst corporate culture would look like.

The cons of working here are many, only to list a few are: 1. They display themselves as a research and development organization, would actually make you work that even a grade 10 student could do. 2. Nobody listens to someone genuine, they think that they can write fake and wrong things and nobody would question them, and if you did you can be fired anytime. 3. Work culture is not at all, negative vibes in the office. 4. The employees are not allowed to contact the HR. 5. Zero profesionalism, the higher authorities say something different and the things are conveyed to the employees differently. 6. The perfect example of corporate world politics, your immediate seniors can say anything about you, negative and out of way things. 7. They think that employees are assignment machines, who dont have any families, relationships, and liabilities apart from writing their work.
