Based on my performance, I was given important responsibilities, which helped me grow with confidence.. While my core role is development, I was never limited to just that. I also got the opportunity to work on documentation, build flows, and even learn AI courses alongside my work to upskill myself. Overall, I can clearly see a lot of growth in myself compared to where I started, and I have learned a lot throughout this experience.
