Pros
There are no pros here except company getting some really great projects (Ofcourse loosing them with their poor employee management ) and hiring great talent just to use their skills and ditch
Cons
1.Toxic and worst work culture, uses ZOHO premium partner tag but the work culture is the exact opposite. 2.No ethics at the workplace , don't fall into this trap. 3.Work on Saturdays and some Sundays too, Seniors can utilise all their leaves but they want the juniors to sacrifice all of them and work like a slave 4.No employee benefits at all and poor packages 5.Zero support from senior members and full of politics .Seniors feel themselves as superior and suppress others. Feels supporting and training junior employees is waste of time 6. Never follows any written agreement 7.Head recruiter is the biggest manipulator and can be given the best player award(Not to forget the CEO,CTO and some managers who are the most valuable players). Every board member of the company plays with lives of people 8.Work stress will be very high ,no work-life balance at all
