      Pros

      Great team environment. Pay is very competitive. Benefits are awesome and cheap. Easy place to retire.

      Cons

      Hard factory manual labor. Very common 12 hour days. My new boss was a sniveling punk.

      Pros

      No boss breathing down your back all day.

      Cons

      No control over force outs. Management forces out product to the market that may not necessarily be needed or fit in the stores. Always have to sell more than the previous year to keep up with sales goals.
