Pros

Yes they do have a good benefits. But not the best.

Cons

The preach about pension and 401k but in 2025 they announced they are doing away with pension completely. Not to mention they stopped matching 401k. So it’s something to think about. What’s next? It’s a sales organization so you would think more sales more money but it’s not at all like that. Multiple occasions last week of the quarter something comes up… whether it’s an employees hh doesn’t work, product got cut product was stuck in transit. Always an excuse and while the route service rep has a safety net to reassure that they will be compensated there is no safety net for a district so let’s say your at 95% to sales so you order up to get to that 100 but you don’t receive it for one of their excuses then they rsr is safety netted but as a district you aren’t. It’s really unfair.

Pros

No boss breathing down your back all day.

Cons

No control over force outs. Management forces out product to the market that may not necessarily be needed or fit in the stores. Always have to sell more than the previous year to keep up with sales goals.
