      The pay and benefits are decent. Can be hard work at times but there's not too much to complain about. Plenty of overtime opportunity with typical benefits and retirement.

      Can be hard work at times, especially in the warehouse. Long wait times for promotions in certain departments

      Pros

      No boss breathing down your back all day.

      Cons

      No control over force outs. Management forces out product to the market that may not necessarily be needed or fit in the stores. Always have to sell more than the previous year to keep up with sales goals.
