Not sure about development opportunities and promotions yet but commission structure is clear at least. Benefits are suprisingly generous.

Remote only has pros and cons, there are no other team members within 100 miles, and not sure if there are any retreats or gatherings planned. Customer response system is kind of complicated and over engineered.

Of the two similar roles I have had (one almost exactly the same, one that was for a test prep site) this one has been the most well organized and clear I have had so far. Commissions are fair and incentives are sent first of the month reliably and at least some of them are reachable.
