      I haven't seen any positivity

      They wont give the salaries on time. They will debit pf amount both for employee as well employer but they wont credit to the concern employee account.. Really i have never seen such company. In the covid19 time they have told that if you come to the onsite we will give full salary. Based on that we worked at onsite.. After one month i have resigned they credited the salary with 35% deduction. Even they did not given the incentives.. thuu...

      Pros

      Great place to work specially if you are young or you are starting your career. Very flexible company with good work environment. Although founders are working there you don´t notice hierarchies. Trainings and teambuilding activities are usual there

      Cons

      Small company, it is hard to be promoted but you can get it. It is located in a small city ,if you like living in a vibrant city you mustn´t live in Elda, it is better to live in Alicante, 30km from Elda
