Lots of favoritism. HR department has their head in the sand. There’s no rules until you’re fired for a rule that you just found out was in place. Got let go for typing something stupid and funny in the group chat which I was never told I was not allowed to do, until I was being fired for it… on the heels of me coming to management telling them I felt like I was being retaliated against by other coworkers.
