Fromhereon makes you realise a firm can easily hype up capability it does not have.

Unsustainable business model which relies on subcontractors (grandly called ‘associates’) working 50+ hours per week then being cut as soon as the projects ends. Endless repetitive mtgs. Claims to have service design capability- it does not. Claims to have a method - it does not. Claims to be diverse - run by people of one gender and one ethnicity - guess which.
