Lots of office politics. Rules are made and then allowed to be bent and broken by some individuals and not others. If you have gotten on someone's bad side they will metaphorically put a knife in your back every chance they get. Any attempt at changing poor processes can lead to disciplinary actions. Any attempts to gain clarity on a rule or process or statement made by leadership could lead to marks against you. Lots of blaming and finger pointing when something goes wrong. Also the building itself is a safety hazard and should be torn down. There's visible water damage everywhere because of leaks, you'll find the middle floor wet after it has rained, and the constant exposure to what was probably mold will make you sick.
