Very professional and courteous. A very good place to work if you are able to handle MANY virtual clients!

There is no downside this company if you are a qualified virtual assistant.

Remote job, work from home, equipment provided, no commute, and they are good about allowing time off.

The pay isn't great in my opinion with hardly any opportunity for advancement. The work culture was honestly pretty toxic while I was there. Management can be very dismissive and unhelpful. Even though you're working from home, I found that there is little to no work-life balance due to limited staffing and a high volume of work. Overall, it was a very overstimulating and mentally exhausting experience for me.
