Pros

Good building facilities and access.

Cons

My decision to leave FrontStream was effected largely by an encounter I had with a man who works in a remote office. It started with some unwelcome and bizarrely hostile attempts at flirting over email followed by a request over Skype for my personal number. This employee is not in a visible or high enough position to be named here, but my guess is that his group is so regarded by those who are that he is insulated from repercussions. While the other reviews give a fair summary of the problems with the company, this guy's position and continued employment is an immediate threat to anyone who works at FrontStream. As he becomes more brave, it is more likely that someone will be hurt. Nobody should be forced to work or interact with this man, but as of my departure from the company, he was unavoidable by design.

Pros

If you've ridden the SaaS wave the past decade, you'll know the unicorns don't really exist.. But the unique ingredients do still come together from time to time, that's Frontstream right now. Strengthening leadership, aware and proactive product dev team, quickly evolving culture and unified drive across the company! Most importantly, space to define your own value and roles to grow into. Always been good people, just a better environment for more to succeed now.

Cons

The path to the current optimism was bumpy for some and took too long, which is understandable. Some things are still a little slow and dated, but most are quickly/transparently being addressed. Like most, we still need more people and continued development across all depts. But Frontstream is on the ascend with seemingly most of the baggage being cleared out.

Pros

Everyone you need is only one to two degrees of separation away. On calls with CEO/CRO weekly and everyone offers to help regardless of the situation. What you do or dont do actually matters!

Cons

With being a smaller team there is a bigger focus on you. (up to you if that is a con)
