Pros

- Culture and coworkers - Free snacks & monthly social events - Team managers are strong leaders - Not a ton of micromanagement - trusted to complete your work - Small(ish) company so ability to wear many hats - 2019 roadmap for product is looking promising. - Working with charities each day is rewarding

Cons

- Morale is low because harassment cases are not taken seriously enough - Is disappointing that senior VP's still work for the company despite outcry from staff - Products need a huge overhaul - Integration between products is lacking. This is just causing issue after issue. - Needs more resources on product to finish projects quicker. 1 star reviews on the site make FrontStream look like an awful place to work but it's really not. As any company, there will be cons and areas to improve upon. Note - we did have a big layoff recently so there are quite a few bitter people looking to ruin the reputation of the company.

Pros

If you've ridden the SaaS wave the past decade, you'll know the unicorns don't really exist.. But the unique ingredients do still come together from time to time, that's Frontstream right now. Strengthening leadership, aware and proactive product dev team, quickly evolving culture and unified drive across the company! Most importantly, space to define your own value and roles to grow into. Always been good people, just a better environment for more to succeed now.

Cons

The path to the current optimism was bumpy for some and took too long, which is understandable. Some things are still a little slow and dated, but most are quickly/transparently being addressed. Like most, we still need more people and continued development across all depts. But Frontstream is on the ascend with seemingly most of the baggage being cleared out.

Pros

Everyone you need is only one to two degrees of separation away. On calls with CEO/CRO weekly and everyone offers to help regardless of the situation. What you do or dont do actually matters!

Cons

With being a smaller team there is a bigger focus on you. (up to you if that is a con)
