Cons
Management doesn't care about your concerns, HR turns from extremely defensive to rude on almost any issue that you have an opinion with, Salary is extremely low, most of the employees are H1B so they have no way but to tolerate the low pay. Yearly bonus is not only miserably low, but will delay last years bonus payment until April of this year. Very high turn over rate (400 people works in the company, 100 leaves each year)
