For certain jobs, money is okay. If you badly need a job, it will serve its purpose. You might or might not learn some new things.
Cons
Don't expect stability or promotion. This company is sold every few years by investors. There is a diminishing group of tight-knit local yokels who have been there for 20+ years and aren't qualified to work anyplace else, or who can't/won't leave the area for better opportunities. Anybody who is highly professional and good doesn't stay.
