Frontenac Engineering is great place to work with supportive co-workers and managers. It supports my professional growth, flexible schedule, and great work-life balance (if there ever was a thing! They don't expect overtime/long hours all the time!)

As a small company, there isn't a lot of room for advancement.

Relatively stable workflow, helpful team members, good variety of projects, very receptive team leaders

Some overloaded team members and markets, some issues in training process, and a discouraging team environment
