Pros

Good salary Free lunch if you’re in office Free snacks and drinks Nice working environment on site with work from home opportunity when needed

Cons

Management wants results within 3 weeks of making a process change If change doesn’t bring in new results within that period, they suggest another change in process. Inconsistent leadership opinions. Restructure their teams every 2 months or less Seems like upper management is fearing viability of business at all times Lack of professional development

Pros

Great top management redefining infrastructure while inventing better technology to help create better support for families and clinicians alike. While I worked there, they raised everyone’s pay to the highest in area. Implemented training and more support for staff. Added medical, dental, and PTO benefits with paid holidays. This is not standard but much needed for our positions. Not only was the RBT supported, they implemented changes from the ground up overall achieving better environments for children in clinical spaces. While I was there, my clients thrived, making incredible progress using imagination and creativity like crafting, interactive play, and singing. Giving clients the opportunity to learn, create, and grow.

Cons

Disconnect from top management and in between

Pros

Clients and families are amazing.

Cons

Frontera's mission is to compete with Central Reach. All of their efforts are focused on building their AI/ML products. I think the only reason they provide ABA services is to test out the AI/ML products. Fire employees without reason and little notice. Just another corporate big box ABA provider with micromanaging Lead BCBAs. Will squeeze every ounce of commitment that hard-working employees have, then dump them.
