Quick seniority, but poor treatment of employees - Flight Attendant Frontier Airlines Employee Review

Pros

Mainline carrier. Much smaller than the big 3 legacy carriers, so gaining seniority is much quicker. Good “starter” airline, rather than starting at a regional.

Cons

Frontier is owned by an investment company, which is completely out of touch with the frontline. The company in recent years, concocted a “Culture of Caring” catchphrase they constantly use - when everything about their culture, in reality, demonstrates the complete opposite. They shifted their business model to out/back to save themselves money, on the backs of FA’s, resulting in significantly decreased pay and essentially changed it to a day job - without the day job pay for every hour on the clock.

Pros

There is not one positive thing about this company.

Cons

Extremely low pay and no benefits They will hire you and say that they will accommodate your schedule only to pretend it never happened. If you tell them you can not work Wednesdays you will 100% be on the schedule for every Wednesday They don’t pay time and a half when you work more than 40 hours. Management plays favorites On a 9.5hr shift I am lucky to get one 20 minute break. I never get a lunch. I only received two days training only to be written up for a mistake on my second week.
