Pros

This company was great to work for. They are very helpful in getting you up to speed on helping the customers and I have never worked for a better company that took care of their customers at any cost.

Cons

If you don't need to take a lot of time off. I didn't so everything went well but I heard others complain because they needed more time off.

Verizon bought the company. Let everyone go a couple months after buying us out.
