      Good pay, poor management - Communications Tech Frontier Employee Review

      Pros

      As a former Verizon employee we still had a pretty good contract were able to keep a lot of compared to the Legacy people who work 15 miles away.

      Cons

      Management is out of touch with no telephony background. They only hire sales people and they don't do that well either.
