We take great pride in developing our agents, providing 100% U.S. based customer/technical service and being in the TOP 100 military friendly businesses. In our culture, we put the people (employees and customers) at the forefront of every decision.

Cons

Call center environments always experience change. Fortunately, our management always makes decisions that are fair and consistent for all employees while meeting business needs.

Verizon bought the company. Let everyone go a couple months after buying us out.
