Worst Company - Human Resources Department Frontier Employee Review

Worst company to work for. Nobody listens. Very bureaucratic. Hard to get anything done. Was excited for the new leaders in the beginning, but starting to realize it's all for the show, and nobody except maybe one or two new ExCo actually cares and knows what they are doing. The leadership here doesn't care about anyone that works here. Completely directionless and ExCo cannot seem to get on the same page other than caring about how they look to the outside world.
