Pros
Lot of great people who want to do the right thing for the company and customers. The most of the work forces really cares about providing a great service. Hope the new leadership will adjust my cons and advise.
Cons
Pay, level out the salaries.. Long term workers make less than may "new hires" through the various companies purchased. It's not unusual to have an employee make more than their boss.
