good pay but not great management - Network Technician II Frontier Employee Review

I love the pay, I love my Job, but the way the company is ran, is like playing telephone as kids in elementary school. the Execs have a plan, and think they know how to do it, and think something is deployed to the field. but in reality that is far from the truth. they don't really have any idea what is going on in the field. I have offered to have them come join me to see what it is like. i have yet to be taken up on that offer.
