People are proud to work here. No micromanaging. Great product. Decent culture. Clear direction. Great middle managers.

Cons

Different departments are siloed - not much consistency of information. Bad reporting. Top heavy. Punitive comp plan. Out of touch senior leadership.

Verizon bought the company. Let everyone go a couple months after buying us out.
