Pros
Great benefits including large amounts of paid time off and plenty of opportunity for overtime. Lots of opportunity for growth through training and plenty of opportunity for transferring within the company.
Cons
While there’s lots of PTO, there’s little opportunity to take it. One of the poorest paid mental health providers in the area. No reward financially for being a good employee or for longevity, employees hired in making more than those who have been there a long time so no incentive to do well.
