Pros
You get to work with people that have needs and so many of them will touch your life.
Cons
No communication from upper management. Plus, if they gave direction and you follow it, make sure it's in writing. Otherwise, they do not back you. Senior staff make much less than new hires. Poor pay. Male management often times makes sexual advances toward their female staff and often sleep with them. Then they fire one or the other, but not both. The current Prescriber wants to rule the world ,and often times does everything but what they are there for. I was terminated but lead to believe everything was alright, up until the last minute. I had been employed almost 8 years.
