A few good co workers, some good managers, plenty of PTO, helping people, helping community, variety, opportunity for overtime, advancement in company encouraged

Poor leadership, management changes often, bed bug exposure, under qualified management, management with poor ethics, long hours, no pay for sleeping there for overnight shifts, poor work ethic of some co workers, preferential treatment for some staff, work nights, work holidays with our holiday pay, potential for violence from clients
