Pros
Zero- they talk a very good game but when the rubber meets the road you are on your own
Cons
Frontier does little to support their staff. They are mismanaged from the top down. Regional support is unqualified who once they reach the level of senior management are more concerned with partying and brow beating their direct reports. They have a horrible reputation and it is well deserved. There is zero training or support for the directors or other community leaders yet when the state becomes involved, even for years past serious infractions the VPO is no where to be seen. They talk a very good game but they are horrible people to work for, especially if you really care about your residents.
