The engineer isn't a real engineer. He didn't pass the P.E exam. He has other people who did pass the P.E exam sign off on the drawings. He talks very big, but when you push him he knows maybe the basics. He has a lot of family problems, and he lets that get in the way of his management. Everyone has to be his anger management counselor,and everyone looks the other way when he talks about his OCD every 5 minutes. The company is below average. The smart people get in and then get out fast.
