Pros
Smaller school - close relationships with students and other teachers. A lot of friendly coworkers and people that really care about the students as people. Does pay more than that average school in the area.
Cons
Very little support or extra curriculars. Most admin are incompetent. Resources hogged by one building in the entire district. Teachers treated with no trust - making us clock in and out, despite being salary. They look for any chance to dock your pay based on this. Test scores are lower than expect and their only plan is to scold the teachers and force us to teach to the test even more.
