Pros

There are none. I don't recommend working here.

Cons

Under new management in my experience they have made a mistake on one of my paychecks and they don't make it easy to find your total hours. IMO It's purposefully confusing for their profits. They have this old system in place where you have to fill out multiple forms in order to record your hours, and this form takes 15 minutes to fill out every time you tutor a singular student. This 15+ minutes, accumulated over time, adds up, and they do not pay you for it. You have to keep track of your own hours and double check your paychecks. They make it difficult for you to track your hours because they ask you to do things that take 10 minutes here, 8 minutes there...and all of that is well and good If you were a salaried employee like these disconnected managers. In contradiction, they advertise a full hour of uninterrupted tutoring, but then tell you you should fill out these forms during your tutoring session. So in one sweep of business decision, they rip off their employees as well as their customers in this way. When I had questions about my w-2 after employment, they told me they were no longer going to help me because of "the way I resigned" which was me, telling them I am no longer working for them because I am "tired of being asked to do work for no pay." Because in that moment they were asking me to make a phonecall to a parent, during my off hours, and said no management could do it. All the pressure is put on you, but in my instance I was not compensated for all of this lost time. If you do decide to work here, make sure you are comfortable asking for 2 minutes of pay through their 15 minute online application....cause that makes sense.
