Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you felt Frontiers offered opportunity for professional development and growth, as well as a diverse and pleasant working environment. We do, however, regret that you did not enjoy some aspects of working with Frontiers more. This year, we started to measure the satisfaction of our teams through anonymized feedback, and last year 78% of employees would recommend Frontiers as a great place to work. We do, too, strive to support the well-being of our staff through benefits such as four well being days in addition to annual leave, as well as access to Headspace and online yoga classes.
