Pros
I think there is good company culture, and the holiday allowance and bonus scheme are good. In my team the workload is ok, and there is no unnecessary pressure to overwork. You don't have to go to the office if you don't want to.
Cons
There has been a recent change in offices, and the old office appeared nicer than the new one.
