Pros
The business mission is great. The tech and innovation that goes into the company are unparalleled, but this comes with constant change. The people at Frontiers are the best of the best, and one of the reasons I have stayed with them. They are advancing the open access publishing world and working with the best scientists from accross the globe.
Cons
There is constant change and the culture has become more toxic as a result. Teams have less incentive to work together across departments outside of publishing development. Being mostly a remote company there are few events to work and see your colleagues in person or even the opportunity to work in a shared space.
