Pros

Been with the company now since late August 2016 after various B2C Sales Roles in and around Manchester feeling very at home in a hard working homely environment. I came to the IT Sector with zero ERP knowledge. The 'work and learn' ethos was important to me and the Management were open to understanding my style and energy just to get on the phone and learn the communication techniques direct from the coal face. When I need support it's there, we have plenty of opportunity to learn, the culture is a little techy however as long as you are affable and hard working genuinely people do want you to succeed. This was prevalent from my 1st interview and is still with me today.

Cons

With recent business growth there has been times when resources have been stretched, something that has been addressed recently and will continue to be addressed looking into 2018. There are some quality of life changes that are an area of rolling debate however there are plans for an office refurbishment in 2018. I think we can do more to be green.

Pros

I am a classic example of what hard work and dedication can bring with this company. I started just over 7 years ago as a Junior SAP B1 Consultant, when I joined I was overwhelmed by the skill of the team then, (worth stating that over 90% of that original team still works at Frontline) I was mentored through my role and trained to get the right skills, I progressed to a Senior SAP B1 Consultant, then to SAP B1 Disional Manager and now I am the Director of Professional Services for the company and on the Board of Directors. If you put in the hrad work and dedication, you will be supported throughout your whole career journey with this company. The company is undergoing massive transformation at the moment, learning from the growing pains of a small business. The business is now moving into its next phase of growth with Customers at the very centre of everything it does and its employees are being put at the very focal point of this transformation. New initiatives are in place to ensure that all employees have both a personal and career development plan, huge investment has been made into the company for this, well above and beyond what you would expect for a company of its size. Its employees are its most valued assets.

Cons

Made mistakes like all SME companies experiencing growth have, wrong management and structure was in place, this has now been replaced top-down, the changes are starteling.

Pros

The people are the greatest asset with an amazing depth of skills and enjoyable personalities to work with. As a senior consultant my voice is listened to and my opinion always noted, no matter how controversial. I feel like a valued employe in terms of my experience, technical skills and the contribution I make to the business both internally and the glowing impression I make meeting clients.

Cons

My specialisms are in technical areas which the company struggles to sell, as the sales team tend to stick to what they can sell best. That being SAP consultancy, outsourced IT support and managed hosting services. The latter being a small scale version of "The Cloud" which the big players like Microsoft and Amazon can do cheaper, more quickly and more efficiently.
